Anxiety Book Cover Generation
Cover Design Journey for Anxiety to Resilience
Designing the cover for Anxiety to Resilience was a journey of capturing the book’s core message: transforming stress into strength through holistic tools. Early on, we explored a minimalist forest path design, reflecting the calming practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) from Chapter 14. While serene, it felt too simple to convey the emotional depth of the book. Next, we tried a bright neural networks concept, symbolizing the idea of rewiring the mind—a nod to the subtitle. It was striking but too abstract, missing the warmth I wanted readers to feel. After several iterations, we landed on the final lotus flower design, with its soft yellows, whites, and greens, set against a calming background. The lotus perfectly embodies the book’s essence: growth, transformation, and serenity amidst challenges. Which design speaks to you?
